I had been experiencing continuing pain for 6-8 weeks from my lower back down my buttocks and inside of my leg to just above the knee. Dr. Ferris examined, x-rayed and diagnosed it as an inflamed disc condition. A treatment program was set up and followed. Progress was slow at first, but then about 3+ weeks in things improved significantly. I can run again without pain as well as other normal activities that had been very uncomfortable. Had a lot going on with my back and neck, I was really messed up, and over the course of my 16 scheduled visits, I really got a lot of work done. About a year later now, those neck and back issues have not been bothering me since finishing those visits. I’m in my mid 40s and have been to many chiropractors in my life…I felt this one was worth what I paid. I would highly recommend!

I have been coming to EliteSpine to receive help with severe back pain. I’ve been to several medical doctors who only prescribe pain medication never getting to the root of the problem. My first visit at EliteSpine I received a full work up. Given details info on the cause of my pain. Since coming here twice a week I haven’t had to take pain medication. I would recommend coming to them anytime. The staff is friendly and very welcoming and Dr Ferris is a awesome practitioner.

Dr Ferris and the entire staff are amazing! I've been going for 8 weeks now. I am doing the zerona laser treatments and they have aided in size reduction off my waist! Completely pain free with no side effects has helped me lose the stubborn love handles I've hated for so long!
I was hesitant to visit a chiropractor, but I knew that I needed to see someone about my back pain. Dr. Ferris took extra time with me as a new patient to make certain I understood everything. After some quick tests and X-rays, he eased my main fear by stating that nothing showed major damage in my lower back. He then told me a few things to work on that would decrease my pain and help get everything back in alignment.
I have received chiropractic care from several practitioners around the Midwest. When I moved to Indianapolis, I found Dr. Ferris at Elite Spine Chiropractic and he is one of the best! Using high tech diagnostics he has created a custom treatment program for me, and is always able to address my specific needs. I first called Elite Spine because I was having consistent lower back/hip pain. Dr. Ferris did a complete exam and took X-rays. After reviewing my information and pics he worked up a comprehensive plan to help me. He specializes in decompression therapy as a chiropractor as well as laser therapy. During my visits Dr. Ferris makes painless adjustments and will focus on any new concerns I have. Honestly I don’t have the pain that I did in my lower back/hip area anymore and if it does flare up he works on straightening it all out right away. Using specially measured arch supports that Dr. Ferris had made for me have also helped tremendously after having experienced plantar fasciitis. The staff are warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I feel confident that they all do their very best in caring for me!

I was looking for a new chiropractor when mine moved out of the area, and Dr. Ferris came highly recommended. My neck pain was continueing to be a problem. My first visit was very detailed with a Q & A followed by X-Rays. A consult of next steps followed with suggestions of in office and in home exercises and twice weekly in office therapy. The in office visit includes adjustments and laser therapy. I have now "graduated" to just 1x week visits and continued at home exercises. Dr. Ferris has also helped with my hip and knee pain with weekly adjustments as well. All treatments are gentle and non-invasive. Julia, who is the PT is amazing with an inquisitve nature and gentle approach. This team has assisted in my desire to improve my condition without just masking the pain signal with medications which is often what I think many people are trying to find a solution for.thank-you Elite Spine!

I went to Dr. Ferris with a terrible neck injury, and through his painless process of adjusting my upper neck, along with laser therapy and neck decompression, he fixed my issue! Elite Spine Rehab and Wellness is the best!! I have been going to the chiropractor since I was 6 years old. I've seen quite a few and this place is the best. Dr. Ferris really cares. I don't think I've ever had anyone be so thorough with me before. He was able to tell me exactly what my issues were from head to toe. He was also very informative. It was important to him that I know and understood exactly what was going on with my body. That way I knew what I could do and shouldn't do. Also, I knew where to make the following adjustments in my daily routine to avoid further hurting myself. He didn't just crack my back and send me out the door. He also has me doing the work. He has set up a routine for me to strengthen my muscles so that the work he does isn't for nothing. In the past it felt like most professionals I saw probably would have been happy if my issues started acting up again. Way to keep the business flowing? Not this guy, he cares. If you want real results and the chance to heal then you should make an appointment with this doctor. The women at the front desk are incredibly nice. They even love my kids. Which is rare and hard to find. I also love that during scheduling appointments they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I have 23 chemical allergies which makes it difficult for me to go anywhere. I love love love how on top of disinfecting they are. Most importantly, what they use to clean with is completely safe and they aren't chemicals. It's a very non-toxic environment which is perfect for me. If you're looking for a chiropractor, look no further. You owe it to yourself to give this place a try. You will be happy you did.
i’ve had shoulder injuries,a concussion and a sprained ankle. Going to Elite Spine and seeing Dr matt has really helped relieve my pain and get things working as they should be.
When I first started seeing Dr Ferris at elite Spine care, I had taken a recent fall on top of having a chronic condition. I was having to get in and out of the bed and in and out of a chair with a walker and I was having excruciating pain. After going through treatment which consisted of decompression therapy and laser treatments as well as adjustments. Dr Ferris is very compassionate and gentle and not painful at all. I no longer am taking any pain medication for this condition and I’m able to get around without a walker and I’m actually able to participate in my pulmonary cardiac rehab. I highly recommend Dr Ferris for neck and all spinal conditions. I have actually cancel my appointment for a spinal injection which I no longer feel that I need. Definitely five stars from me
Dr Ferris first helped me with chronic neck pain. The physical therapy and adjustments worked wonder and for the first time in years, I was living pain free. After receiving care from Dr Ferris for neck pain, I began experiencing migraine headaches. When I mentioned it to him, he knew exactly what to do. When I feel a migraine coming on, Dr Ferris will always see me immediately and within the hour, my migraine is gone without any medication. I’m so thankful for such wonderful chiropractic care!
Dr. Ferris did a wonderful job correcting the reverse curve in my neck. I was suffering from chronic tension headaches and muscle pain in the neck and working with him greatly decreased my symptoms.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ferris and his staff. After a whiplash injury received during a near crash airplane landing, I had been suffering with debilitating constant head, neck, back pain and tinnitus for 4 years before meeting Dr. Ferris. I had been seen by specialists at Duke University and multiple neurologists, who diagnosed me with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension, and were treating me with multiple pharmaceuticals, which then added multiple side effects to deal will, but nothing was ever relieving, or masking, the pain 100%, and the tinnitus was unwavering in its severity. I had also been treated by a local to me chiropractor for a time, but to no avail. After the first adjustment from Dr. Ferris, I felt a 50%-60% improvement in pain, and the tinnitus volume was reduced for the first time in 4 years, by 75%. I am continuing to see improvements, and have days without any pain at all now. I live in Kentucky, so I travel almost 3 hours each way for each appointment, but it is more than worth it to get my life back. Dr. Ferris, Julia, and Rae are truly caring, wonderful people to work with, and have been so helpful. I thank the Lord for his provisions, and in leading me to Dr. Ferris.
I give them an A+. I was rear-ended by a trash truck which disabled me. Dr. Matthew Ferris and staff go out of their way to show that they are caring and want to help. He went out of his way to get me an appointment quickly. That was very much appreciated. They are very nice people. Dr. Ferris is one of the very few doctors in the entire state of Indiana that is in the upper echelon of patient care … there are only a very small handful of doctors in the entire state that are even aware of advanced ligament analysis studies, or CRMA. If you have been in a car accident, then you want to get your ligaments analyzed. If you are not getting this done, then you are not getting anywhere near the level of quality of care that you deserve. Dr. Ferris also has an excellent healing touch. Food for thought
Dr. Ferris and his team have helped me tremendously from my very first visit. I was suffering from burning mouth and my doctor and dentist could not find anything wrong. I researched for countless hours and came upon Elite Spine. Dr. Ferris started me on PT, lasers and tiny adjustments to my upper cervical region. After my first visit, my symptoms were almost gone. This team has been a lifesaver. Plus, they are all so professional and friendly!
I have been going to Chiropractor care for years due to significant injuries, herniated S1, L4, L5, T7 with protrusion from T6 & 8, collapsed c1 with rotated hips, neck dropping. I went to places where they wanted to sell you everything under the sun and run a pack them in program. Exhausted with level of care, I was referred to Elite Spine and it's been life changing to say the least. Surgery was the only thing left on the table since I'm allergic to pain meds. If this sound like you, stop reading, schedule an appointment and get on with it. Life can be super once again. Yes it's going to hurt and Yes you will at times wonder if it's the right thing. Working with Dr. Ferris has been so far beyond what I expected. My neck mobility has increased, the curvature of my spine is closer to how it should be, my knees and arthritic thumbs consistently feel better. The resources available to me thru Elite Spine, shoe inserts to help keep my hips in-line, massage table for after treatments, laser therapy, pillows and most importantly, the adjustments I've gotten, have been wonderful. So glad I started finally seeing a chiropractor at age 52.
I am so happy I found Dr. Ferris and his team at Elite Spine! I found him through a coworker, who explained that Dr. Ferris specializes in cervical chiropractic care and had been the key to relieving her chronic neck pain and migraines. I thought I would give chiropractic care a try since I had been experiencing upper neck and middle back pain as well as some right elbow pain and stiffness, especially after long work days. I’m so glad I listened to her recommendation! Dr. Ferris did a physical assessment along with x-rays and explained his findings and how they correlated to my problem areas. I am now 5 weeks in to my 6-week treatment plan that includes daily exercises, twice weekly adjustments and laser therapy, as well as using neck and foot orthotics. My elbow and middle back pain is completely gone and my neck pain has gotten so much better! Dr. Ferris has been kind and professional during all of my visits and Julia has also done a wonderful job of making me comfortable and walking me through my exercises. The team has also taken extra precautions to keep everyone that visits their facility safe during the pandemic. Elite Spine has certainly improved my quality of life!
Dr. Ferris has helped me tremendously with my c1 and c2 chronic cervical pain. The laser treatments, physical therapy and painless adjustments on my neck have almost completely gotten rid of my neck pain, my migraines and my sinus problems. We recently found Dr. Ferris, and are so thankful we did!! We had been driving for 10 years to Ohio to an upper cervical chiro. It is very hard to find Dr's trained in this type of care. We actually love the way he adjusts us so much better. We can already feel improvement in the way he is caring for us. He is extremely thorough, easy to communicate with, and truly understands the body and how to get any pain you are experiencing under control. He is always there to accommodate anything you need or any time schedule. I have truly appreciated his genuine consideration during this pandemic time. I have a very weak immune system and he has been so considerate to take extra precautions to keep me safe. I recently injured my self and went in for my normal appointment. I explained what I did. He did a few adjustments to my back, and put a laser therapy on my injured area. I could not believe the difference even with just one treatment!! I have been suffering for years with excruciating upper neck pain which almost always gave me a migraine to go along with it. After just 1 treatment from Dr Ferris I had a major improvement and with only 5 treatments I am virtually pain free and haven't had a migraine in 2 weeks. Prior to visiting Dr Ferris I was needing imitrex at least a couple times a week to deal with my pain. I highly recommend Dr Ferris if you have any upper neck issues and definitely for managing migraines. I've also noticed improvement with my sinuses. Great all around experience. Low back pain gone…able to enjoy running again!
A patient came to us who was constantly having back pain when running and wanted a conservative care option instead of continuing to use over the counter and prescription medication for the pain. The patient also noted frustration over not being able to go running as often or for as long of a run. After imaging lower back and pelvis to discover that her ilium were torqued and misaligned (left xray) and her left femur was 8 mm higher than the right. Not only does that put her at a higher risk for arthritis of both hips, but in this case was also causing the inflammation in the lower back and hip region. Upon chiropractic adjustments of the pelvis and lumbar spine as well as adding 3-arch custom orthotics to her shoes, you can see that the pelvis and femur discrepancy was completely resolved (right xray) without adding any lifts to her shoes. When wearing her orthotics her feet will contact the ground like the optimal scan (on the left) rather than how her feet were contacting ground (right scan)

Lower back pain and sciatica gone…
65 year old patient with constant intense low back pain (8/10 intensity) that radiated down right leg came to our office seeking a solution so he could stop popping pain medication to temporarily give relief. After 3rd visit pain was reduced to 5/10, after 6th visit no more shooting pain and by 6 weeks the pain was reduced to an episodic dull/stiffness…needless to say the patient was very pleased with the conservative care option that consisted of chiropractic, cold laser therapy, active in office and at home rehab, customized 3-arch support foot orthotics and VAX- decompression therapy of the lower spine. As you can see by the pictures below, this patient had significant compression of the last disc (L5/S1) and that the pelvis was higher on the left (green horizontal line) by 13.49mm than the right pelvis (red horizontal line) and the femur was higher on the left by 8.76mm.

As you can see by the pre and post images, this 65 year old patient not only had dramatic relief of his neck pain, but was ecstatic about how much improvement was made to the strength of his core neck muscles and the alignment of his spine.
